Answer: a. Open the Yoo app
b. Click on forget password
c. Enter your number and click next
d. you will receive a code
e. Enter the code and create new password.
8. How do I modify/change my account password?
Answer: a. Click on your profile in the section.
b. Click "change Password".
c. Fill in your "Current Password" and enter a "New Password".
d. Click "Reset Password"
9. How do I delete products in the shopping cart?
Answer: a. Go to shopping cart
b. Click the delete symbol or sign
c. Click " OK" to delete a product.
10. How do I search for products?
Answer: Enter the name of the product you want to search in the search engine and click search.
11. How do I change / cancel my order?
Answer: There is no way to modify an order.
a. Go to my orders
b. Beside the product you will see cancel
c. click cancel to request for cancel and select your reason.
d. Wait for approval/unaproval
e. If it is approved, you will get a refund in your Yoo Wallet
d. If it is unapproved, your order will still continue the process by getting to your destination.
12. How do i make a returns?
Answer: Contact us through via WhatsApp with your return issue.
To return an item, take a picture of the particular item you want to return and state your reasons.
13. When can I receive the refund of payment?
Answer: a. When your return is approved on whatsapp then you are eligible for a refund payment.
b. When your return is unproved on whatsapp then you are not eligible for a refund payment.

Answer: It reduce the charges of every oder you are to pay. In other words, it serves as a discount on every product charges.

16. How do i give Feedback on a product?
Answer: After an order is completed or delivered, you have the right to make comments and rate the product. Different rates show buyers various satisfaction towards the product.

Answer: Invoice is a statement or commercial instrument issued by YooBestBuy to customers about their purchase details.
18. What should I use Invoice for?
Answer: To return an item, take a picture of both the item and Invoice given out as an evidence.Make sure every details e.g (codes & numbers) on the invoice show in the picture taken.
19. Can I seek for a refund without Invoice?
Answer : Returns won't be approved without Invoice.
